Sunday: Rovinj

Sometimes choosing just one photo is really hard. How can you narrow a day of impressions down to just one photo?  Blip, you  are cruel!

Fact is, no matter what I posted I would still think I should have done something else so i have bitten the bullet and here is a typical view of Rovinj on the Istrian coast. I didn't know this until this trip but it was part of Italy until WWII and it does have a distinctly Italian feel to it (as well as bilingual signs).  

We spent most of the day exploring all the back streets.  We are going to try and have an alcohol free night tonight but there is a little champagne bar right by the sea that is calling us........
