Invoking The "Heron Rule"!

I know that it is Flower Friday----and I had some nice shots, but as soon as I saw this, I knew that I would be invoking the "Heron Rule".  For those of you not familiar with this particular rule, it goes like this, "If I see the Heron, you see the Heron".  This Heron hangs out somewhere along the creek that runs across the back of our property.  My sister-in-law who has studied these things says it is a Yellow-Cowned Night Heron.  I have also seen a Green Heron  and a Great White Egret.  I apply this same "rule" to them, and now, to the hawks, as well---I do enjoy the birds---hope you do, too!
