Meet Sophie

I thought my bike would be an appropriate blip today after my mornings ride. Went out with another local club. They are animals! 40mile route in slightly over 2hrs! I kept up and wasn't the slowest, and most importantly enjoyed it, but man was it hard work! I think I left my legs and lungs somewhere about 10miles from home. Bring on some time trials!
