Rosemary in flower

Rosemary - and parsley and sage - only grows in gardens where the wife "wears the trousers" according to folklore!
But there are other attributes:
"If you had a Rosemary bush growing near the house, no witch could harm you."
Or
"I have always referred to Rosemary as the plant of friendship"
and
"Rosemary - for remembrance"
More practically, it "makes a nice rinse for hair and leaves it shiny."
