Running for cover.

Just before I took this photo a magpie snatched and flew off with one of the ducklings. I did get a shot of that but it's not nice. Fortunately this little family reached the pond before another magpie managed to take another of her children.
I'm not sure what species this duck is - a bibbed mallard perhaps? One of the ducklings looks like her, the rest like usual mallard ducklings.
