Sabbatical?

Côtes du Ventoux is a very popular growing area on the Rhône.

A few years ago I went with a church group to visit one of the vineyards.   The owner told us that Samuel Beckett of "Waiting for Godot" fame had stayed there during WW2, and had enjoyed une petite liaison with the owner's grandmother.      Only in France would one expect to hear one's grandmother's love life held up as a badge of distinction..   If, indeed, it was true in the first place.

Anyway, today marks 7 years' blipping.    I thought, "oh should I have a sabbatical".    But then I remembered that if I was going to observe true OT practice I should work for 6 years and then take the seventh off!   So I think I missed that chance and had better carry on.....
