Sark Day1
We hit our first full day on the Channel Island of Sark running ( or rather walking up and down some rather steep cliff paths) I took an early post sunrise walk down the enchanting Dixcart Valley near to the hotel which was a mass of bluebells and birdsong. Two pics are in the extras.
Joining the group for the rest off the day we walked - no motor vehicles allowed on Sark- to the gorse and bluebell clad Gouliot Headland with its spectacular views towards Brecqhou and Guernsey (Main pic.)
After a brief rest and dinner at the hotel we walked towards the precipitous rock bridge of La Coupee which joins Sark to Little Sark to see the setting sun. Pic. looking towards Brecqhou in the extras.
