Brown This Time

One of my usually green Carolina anoles is brown today since he is near such colors.  I enjoy having these guys around the outside of the house and in this case, on the patio.  The one above  is about 7" long. There was a skink in the edge of the garage, but I made him go to the grass.  They are good about eating insects, but look so much like snakes (except having short legs) it is sometimes a surprise to see one in the garage.  See one at this address: http://srelherp.uga.edu/lizards/eumine.htm
