How about feijoa Victoria Sponge? So good- the sharp feijoas set off the sweet butteryness of the cake just perfectly :) add about 50g of peeled, diced feijoa for each egg in the cake recipe http://www.cakeophilia.com/2010/10/14/victoriana/
