Feeding deer

Getting to the end of the deer feeding now. Only another week or so. Not as many coming now the grass is starting. The pregnant ladies seem to appreciate it.

A new lamb this morning the last of the Suffolk so down to single figures 9 left to go. The end is in sight. Put two out today and moved two from the maternity ward into general population in the other shed today preparing them for going other to the hill. After spending time in a small pen not having to look very far for mum it can be a bit of a shock for the lambs that they have to experience the new world and follow mum.

Did some scentwork with the dogs this afternoon. So nice to have more time for these things.
