Oops!

Up at at 6am, put kettle on, let dogs out the back door, opened fridge - bother, no milk, never mind always keep dried milk in cupboard. Made tea with one hand while reaching into cupboard with the other. One tablespoon of powder into jug, added cold water and stirred it. 'Looks a funny colour', I think - check pack - Smash instant mashed potato !!!
I had thought of this before and had put the two containers on separate shelves, but last week I changed things round a bit and they ended up side by side. I wonder what potato in tea tastes like?
