Hypocrite

Today at Food Club we talked about beige food and why it's really important to try and 'eat the rainbow'. We made a delicious, colourful stir fry with green pak choi, red pepper, yellow pepper, purple cabbage, orange carrots and white mushrooms. It looked and tasted delicious and the young people loved it.

And now I'm home absolutely not practising what I preach. Jen's coming over for a movie night and we are all going to binge on beige.
