ocean rainbow

J + I decided to take N back to the beach this afternoon, after our little walk on the boardwalk there yesterday. It was N's first time near the water (she does go in a pool), and she was a little afraid of the waves at first (it was fairly rough today). But she was soon enjoying herself, experimenting with wet sand, and playing in the foamy edges of the waves. We enjoyed the weather (water temp 84 F ), and being part of her experience (and trying to photogragh it!)
And then we were treated to this pretty rainbow (with a faint double to the right) just before we left:)
