Scrub down

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs building is being refurbished and now seems to be getting a scrub down in the process.  Work has been going on for months and they have finally completed the spire.  I imagine they will need to clean the bottom parts to match the newly cleaned colour at the top.  Incidentally, the building was never designed with a spire - this was fitted later to match the other 6 of the 'Seven Sisters' in Moscow.
