Coffee below the Castle

The white building top right is where we had our morning coffee today, and then up to Noudar castle, and then a picnic under an ancient olive tree, and then a walk down to the river. It is such an amazingly peaceful place - we were the only people around, except for the beekeeper we saw working way down by the river.

And now we're home, blipping and dinner is bubbling on the stove, plus Brazilian cuscuz, made with coarse maize.
