Fisherman's Blues

Third day of our cure.
Weather was suprisingly good this morning so went for an easy 10k along the coast whilst Liz was being massaged.
Had a lit hydromassant treatment this afternoon, basically like lying on a waterbed but with various jets massaging you from below, then an aqua stretch session followed by another algae bath , lots of bubbles. And then a douche à affusions, basically a horizental seawater shower. All quite relaxing and headaches are diminishing, so maybe toxins are being eliminated
I then did a session in the hamman and an aquagym class to finish me off.
The cabin in the pic is one of many along the coast, apparently the nets are lowered into the sea to catch the fish.
