April showers

Between the sunshine we had showers, showers of hail!  Really quite impressive.  Sadly it would appear that my camera has focused rather more on the smeary window than I would have liked.

I'm supposed to be flying to France on Friday to play in a Croydon school's wind band reunion.  Just discovered today that my French Horn case is 5cm too big to fit as cabin luggage - and EasyJet will not necessarily be careful of the instrument in the hold.  The  solution on their website is for me to buy another seat!
