Harbour Protection

Not sure if these tyres are coming from or going into the harbour to be attached to the sides of either the Pilot Boats or the harbour wall. By the looks of them they haven't been in the sea but could have had a good clean with a pressure washer.

Glad I wasn't on the ferry heading north last night as a wave crashed through a window into the forward bar.
