the toes have it
went for my last training run today before the Hoylake 10k on Sunday. have no idea what to expect so the nerves are kicking in a little now, but i knocked up nearly 12k and felt great. slight issue with my ankles thanks to some terribly banked pavements, but all seems good. set a few new PBs this week too which is encouraging.

the vibram five fingers are everything i'd hoped they would be. running in them just feels so, well, right. all i need to do now is ease myself in gradually instead of taking myself off on daft seven-milers...
