Ne'er cast a clout till May be out

There are blue skies, sunshine, and May cherry blossom in my blip, yet in reality it's been a very cold, wintry day.

I worked at home this morning, then at Sighthill this afternoon (training and a meeting). This evening, for the third night in a row, I ate out for dinner (oh dear...)

I took my blip in St Andrew Square Gardens.

Exercise today: sit-ups, weights and stretches, a bit of walking (7517 steps).
