What's Cooking?

Nothing -- I was mixing a batch of dormant spray for our apple trees. I know it's late, but the spraying has to be done when the temperature is above freezing, when it's not windy, and when the trees are dry. We haven't had many days meeting all those requirements in the last couple of months. On the days that did, I had conflicts -- admittedly including procrastination -- but the deed has now been done.

Maybe we'll have apples without brown streaks inside this year!
