I always eat breakfast at work... I start at 8am, leave home at 7.30am so no way do I have time before I leave the house!

I worked out for 25 minutes tonight whilst dinner was cooking and I feel good, if a little achy! Aiming for 15-30 minutes exercise a day for 2 weeks before upping it to 30-45 and then will up the intensity / weights I am using! Come on weight loss
