Next door

Today I visited my old next door neighbour. We sat and had morning tea enjoying the view. I used to live next door and sold our place to her son and daughter in law who have completely renovated the house, it looks like a project in Grand Designs and the only thing I can recognise is the lovely view across the valley towards the mountains in the east. We did a grand tour of the garden ( was 5 acres) and nice to see the trees have grown, many things are different but that's ok, it's their place now.,
