Combine by night

The evening air is full of the drone of combines, and the roads are full of grain trailers. I suppose its been the first dry week in months, and the harvest is normally first week of September, but it seems that every farmer has decided to cut at once.

And every day, another few fields fall.

I wonder where all the combines hide for the rest of the year.
