Catching the Sun: Just in Time
One blue, blue morning crisp and cold, my heart wasn't in it this morning. It might have been if my head hadn't gone into a sulk, continually muttering 'It's too early, I want to go back to bed!'
Just in time the pictures arrived in the form of a tiny copse covered in wild garlic and anenomes, topped off with the sun's rays catching a tree trunk. Bingo! That's when I get lost on these walks when my head switches off and I am there in the moment simply appreciating what is around.
Then it was 30 seconds and out onto the main road, to be confronted with a carpet of forget-me-nots on a small area planted up by Menston in Bloom. It's in the extras.
Back in bed with a cuppa by 7!
