Today is ANZAC Day, when Australia and New Zealand commemorate the sacrifices made by the woman and men in war. It is our equivalent of Remembrance Day.

It is popular for many to take the pilgrimage to Gallipoli for the dawn service there. I watched some of it on TV and then tidied the house and cooked another Hello Fresh meal.

I am blessed to live in a peaceful country and have more than enough to eat. I owe this in part to the bravery of others.
