A very narrow alley

I didn't have much inspiration today for taking pictures, so here's another alley just off the Royal Mile.

Although I slept more than eight hours last night, I was still feeling tired and with no energy today. I think what I need is a holiday!

Work was fine, but a bit busy. I just struggled to get the energy to do my job. It was nice to get some fresh air after work and still see some light at half past seven. The days are getting shorter and shorter though...

I went to the supermarket to buy some chocolate to cheer me up, and the blocks of chocolate I usually buy were not there anymore. I asked why, and they said that because they were in a blind spot in the shop and an easy target for shoplifters, they removed them! They could have put them somewhere else instead, for goodness sake!! Anyway, obviously chocolate is not as important to them as it is to me!

Off tomorrow but I don't think I'll be going out tonight.
