Grateful

Feeling grateful for the fabulous NHS and all the lovely, supportive people who I've met at the two local hospitals I've been using recently.

Had quite a hard physio session today and now the next big of hard work is definitely up to me. Got home and managed to fall into a very deep sleep and when I woke I thought it was 9am for some reason when in fact it was early evening!
