Canal Towpah

Today I ran 22 miles in training for my next big charity event in November. Whilst en-route on our lovely canal towpath I decided to share with you some of my scenery.
I'm so lucky to have this on my run route and never take it for granted.
Afterwards I had a warm soak and cool beer (at the same time).
