Wild Water!

We took Rona over to Higgins Neuk for a walk this afternoon and almost immediately regretted it. The wind was blowing up hard from the west and was bitter cold. Then again, there is no, but no, cover at Higgins Neuk so we buttoned up, gritted our teeth and pushed on. MaggieD's hat blew off at one point and almost ended in the river! However, it was when the hail started that we decided to call it a day. That stuff stings!
I have never in the last 30 years seen the Forth look so stormy. The water was extremely choppy with waves blown into whitecaps and throwing spray up over the bank/shore. Wild!
