My chum Neil has been in London for about 3 months working at the Olympics. Just got back and we managed to catch up for a late lunch today. Brill to see him and catch up with all his gossip today.

Having a great evening too. Cooked a Fragrant Chicken Masala for our tea - was so tasty but think I over did the spice a wee bit.
