London Marathon.

The runners think they have it tough?
Pah, I started setting up on the water station at 7am, and left at 3pm!

Another year on the Water Station at Mile 19.
Can be quite tough here, as if you haven't trained properly this is where it is really going to hurt.
Every year I see a few crying here, totally exhausted and with 7 more miles to run. 
All you can offer is encouragement and to tell them they WILL finish.

Someone who didn't find it tough was Satha from my running club who loved his photo opportunity and finished in a fantastic 3:48.
