The Dark Side

...our camera club challenge for this week and it seems to be taking over.

James went back to University on Friday so his room has been turned back into a cheap and cheerful photography 'studio'. 

Both my colleague Andrew and I are worried about, and spent last weekend with poorly parents so the the Monday morning catch-up was a bit gloomy.  Then my Dad reported that a Dr today was really shocked at the state of one of my Mum's toes and sent her immediately for an emergency appointment at the next door hospital.   (An 'emergency' appointment  for said toe made last week had still not materialised). It's oddly positive, since this may be what is keeping her awake at night, and could be treated if the creaking NHS is able.

We are certainly having a dram of the dark side in our lives at the moment.
