So I took my old pal, Al, around Norwich, while his partner went off to by 'work trousers' and 'spend tokens' in John Lewis.

Back home he volunteers at his local Arts Centre and wanted to see The , prize winning 'Norwich Arts Centre'.

We meandered to St' Benedicts, only to find the NAC was shut for a private function.

We went to the pub and drank beer and ate haggis fritters.

Then we had chips from the renowned 'Grosvenor' before topping it off with a drink at the 'Belgian Monk'.
