Morning Feeding
I got up early this morning (as usual) and headed out to see if I could catch up with the Nooksack Elk herd that graze in the fields off of SR-9. There were about 30 out grazing but unfortunately the herd was at least 300 plus yards away with no chance of getting any closer and with my Sigma 150-500 lens and a tripod it was still a little tough to get a clear shot. It was a great morning (coffee in hand) and I was just happy to have finally caught up with the herd to watch them and to get a few pictures.
