Clumber Park

One of the few full days we had a chance to spend together during the holidays so we made the most of it - a day out to Clumber Park. It is years since I have been and I was really impressed. Being Easter weekend it was busy but we had a lovely day.

Charlotte did the obligatory Easter Egg hunt, and then we had a wander about the gardens. After a picnic we set off on a walk which was a lot further than we thought! Both the dog and Charlotte were exhausted by the time we got back to the car.

We have decided that we are going to join the National Trust for a year and see if we use it enough, watch this space!
