Just 3 of us for our trail run this sunny afternoon but we all enjoyed it.
This woodpecker is on the wall of the ranger centre which we passed fairly early on.
Tomorrow I've a follow-up hospital appointment and then we're away for a week's camping in Yorkshire - just as the weather's going cold again! Lots of warm things have been packed.
