A quiet morning in bed, enjoying not having to get up, and necking painkillers to try and sort my sore throat out.

A quick FaceTime chat with my brother and nephew before my brother headed off for a couple of weeks work in Korea and Japan.

Brunch, and then into town - well, Stockbridge, for some Record Store Day entertainment.
Vox Box had put on some good music, although we failed at getting into The Antiquary - so no Stina from Honeyblood - although we did catch the last couple of songs from Martha Ffion at The Last Word.

After her set, we managed to get inside the pub and scored a couple of stools (and beers). Bumped into fellow blipper, Trev, which was good, as well as a couple of other folk.

Highlight was Scott Hutchison of Frightened Rabbit, who ended up playing his set outside, as his 1 yr old nephew couldn't get into the pub...which probably worked out better as more folk got to hear him play.

A wander into Stockbridge to the Tap, where we bumped into LizImbrie's OH, Sam, who was enjoying a wee drink too.

Home via the shop - home made pizza, a great film (Adult Life Skills), some Bosch and then bed.
