Only girls allowed.
As I came out of the gym, a young man, with a buggy, asked me if they served "real" coffee in the cafe. I said yes, although I have never been in there, so I hope they do:-) Anyway, I walked into Newbridge Fields, and as I came over the bridge, I saw these ladies, doing a workout. I was a long way away from them, and had to be so careful they didn't see me. As soon as I took this, they had finished, so I caught them just in time. Job done, I walked back over the bridge, and was photographing a blackbird, when a man, who was running over the bridge, stopped so as not to disturb the bird. Too late, the bird flew away, and he asked me if it was it a male, or female. I showed him the photo i had taken, and he said, it's a female, as she has brown speckles on her front, from sitting on the eggs. He informed me that there was a Song Thrush singing in the trees, and then carried on with his run. You do meet some lovely people when you are out walking. I love that:-) I took a different route home, which seemed longer than ever, and as I was wearing a coat, I was hot & sweaty when i got home. J got home a couple of hours later, and I didn't do much this afternoon. We are going to have a roast chicken dinner very soon, so I am looking forward to that.
