Unexpected visitor.

This is only the second time I have seen a Pelican in the Bay. Such interesting birds. 
On my walk around the bay I encountered many more fishermen/women than is usual and was told that the mackerel were running. This might account for our large billed visitor! 
Wonderfully sunny day, I wonder when the cooler weather will arrive...meanwhile it is lovely to be outside.
