Sipsmith gin and tonic.
Cat has made me into his chair of choice.
2lbs off at weigh in. 3 more weeks of that and I will have achieved my stone (and a bit!).
I was going to work but decided a day off was in order, as this week will be busy. Tomorrow, haircut and some work, along with taxi service to take James over to the rehearsal studio in Widnes.
Not much else to report. But that's a good thing currently.
