The Bells Are Coming!

Took A out for a drive this morning after guests had left, with a view to looking at the mass bluebells on the open hillside on the far side of the hills.  They're not quite there yet - give it another week or three (having now looked up the date of this blip).

Spent the afternoon in the garden.  We've an 'NGS open garden' day next week for a Malvern gardening group and thought we ought to at least plant the plants we bought recently for the new bed.  

Somehow I ended up with all the toys out - the new mulching lawnmower (woo, is that quicker), the Strimmer of Doom and the chainsaw to take out some diseased laurel by the new bed (not that I usually need an excuse like disease to cull laurel).
