Is it a bird, is it a plane....?

Fiery sunset tonight (I didn't alter saturation and the result is true to colour and intensity).

I was taken with the jet-trail also caught in the setting sun. It must have been spectacular if you were on that flight from Dunedin/Invercargill passing over Canterbury around 9.30pm tonight.
