First blossom

Another day spent a lot sitting in the car. We visited my Husband's parents today and met up with our eldest son and family who have flown over from Switzerland for a long weekend. We had a pleasant few hours together and went to visit the gallery where my in laws are frequent purchasers of bronze frogs. My daughter in law couldn't find one in the colour she liked.
Here are the first few flowers of one of my Amelanchier new trees. There are only a few blossoms so far. Thank you to Biker Bear for continuing to host this challenge.
