Young Gardener

There is so much to see in this photo that I couldn't even crop it!
Rachelle, on the left side is taking a few minutes of well earned rest after a strenuous day of gathering free mulch together and filling about a dozen bags of it! Not to mention hauling it into the car, unloading and all the other garden work! The new extended garden bed for the vegetable garden was her work too!
After school Mayson wanted to earn some money, so he came round to do some work filling and leveling out the bed and helping replant all the plants we had dug out previously. You can see the Arugula on the lower left corner. Lots of liquid refreshment was needed as it got quite hot!
