After a full day of writing for this assignment that's got to be in on Monday, I shut the lid on the laptop sometime after 6pm, donned some appropriate clothing and nipped out on my bike for a little ride out to the countryside. And then I came back again, 33km later. It was great, I might even do it again sometime...
