Yummy potjiekos

Popped in to support friends hosting A South Africa day at the golf course. It was everything South African. Music was great and so was the food
Potjiekos literally translated "small pot food" is a dish prepared outdoors in a round cast iron three legged pot. It is cooked with very little water and is not stirred.
This was a seafood potjie. It's competition was a lamb shank potjie.
