Morecambe Bay from Baycliff

A trip to Barrow today for a mammogram following some discomfort.  All clear and mightily relieved.  Phew.

Home via the Coast Road which was stunning.  Lunch in Ulverston at Gillam's was very tasty and then home.

So relieved at the news earlier today.
