Naked toes

I removed my nail varnish before we went on holiday, and haven't really had time to redo my toes. It is pointless wearing nail varnish on my fingernails..

A long Thursday - delivery plus collection, and everything is a bit backed up from the bank holiday. I managed to fit in a run on the way home, so my feet are up to give them a rest, and to keep inflammation in my problematic right foot to a minimum.

We just watched 'Mind over marathon' on BBC1 (I think) - well worth a watch if you missed it!
