Oxford Bull

To Oxford today for a dreaded awayday meeting. This bronze bull is just outside the station. I can't find out much about it but apparently it was commissioned to celebrate the opening of the Said Business School. On that basis I wonder if like it's Manhattan cousin, it is supposed to represent a bull market?
